The Elgin Experience Monthly Movie Meeting for September 8, 2009

The monthly movie meeting is on Tuesday September 8, 2009 - Marcus Theater 111 S. Randall Road Elgin, IL.

Doors open at 9:15 am - Meeting begins at 10:00 am.

Our presentation will be: “Where Are My Keys?” by Oak Crest Hope Cottage Memory Center.

The movies we will be offering this month are:

• Inglourious Basterds - Rated R, 2 hrs. 32 min. - Genre: Drama

          Cast:  Brad Pitt, Melanie Laurent, Christoph Waltz

• The Time Traveler’s Wife - Rated PG-13, 1 hr. 48 min. - Genre: Drama/Romance

          Cast: Rachel McAdams, Eric Bana, Arliss Howard

• All About Steve - Rated PG-13, 1 hr. 38 min. - Genre: Comedy/Romance

          Cast: Sandra Bullock, Thomas Haden Church, Bradley Cooper

Our Classic Film this month is the 2004:

          The Notebook - a Drama/Romance with Ryan Gosling, Tim Ivey, Rachel McAdams, Starletta DuPois, James Garner, Gena Rowlands, Sam Shepard. Runtime: 2 hrs. 1 min. Rated PG-13.

We will be collecting donation items of canned goods and paper products for The Lighthouse Food Pantry.

Membership is NOT required to attend, so please bring a friend along and enjoy a cup of coffee, donut and the chance to be one of our several door prize winners.  The cost is $2.00 per person.
